Number of Years: Look Who's Turning?

Hello! August is a busy month, having both my parents birthdays. I used the {Number of Years} stamp set and {Numbers Framelits Dies} to create their cards. I wanted a bright and cheery card to help them celebrate. I used Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry and Cucumber Crush, with some gold and sparkles... it screams "celebrate". 

To add some more interest, I embossed the Cucumber Crush card base with the {Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder}. Not only does this embossing folder work for "snow", but it works great for "confetti" too. 

What makes a birthday card more complete than a bit of added sweetness with a cupcake?! What's perfect for making cupcakes? Why, of course the {Sprinkles on Top} stamp set and coordinating {Tree Builder Punch}. I embossed the sentiment, added some confetti and the cupcake liner with {Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder} to coordinate with the {Gold Glimmer Paper} numbers.
