I was browsing the Halloween stock at my local Michael's Store and I came across some wooden die cuts in various shapes, I chose the cauldron shape. They also had some fun word die cuts, I had the Six Sayings hostess stamp set and when I saw this The Witch is In die cut - I knew I had to have it and I knew just what to do with it!
I really wanted to showcase the awesomely fabulous Happy Haunting Designer Washi Tape, what better way than with this fun door decor, right?! I left a slight gap between my strips of washi tape and added 1/4" strips of Black Glimmer Paper. It adds a nice sparkle to the project and a little (or lot) of glitter never hurt! I stamped the "FaBOOlous" stamp and fussy cut it out and added beside the witches hat on my die cut. It still needed a bit of something so I added some haunted bottles from Sweet Hauntings stamp set in coordinating colours to match the washi tape.
The cauldron I bought did come with some black taffeta for to hang it up with, but I wanted to use the super shiny 1/8" Gold Ribbon. I dressed it up a bit further with some Metallic Sequins from the Annual Stampin' Up! Catalogue. Have a fa-BOO-lous day!!
