I'm Dreaming of a "Shades of Green" Sleigh Ride for Christmas

Hello... I've got a Holiday card to share today, made using the Sleigh Ride Edgelits Dies.  These are by far my favourite edgelits that Stampin' Up! has designed so far. They could work for various occasions, not just Christmas. I've used the houses for Halloween projects shown already a few weeks ago.

I decided to use various shades of green to make this ombre card. I used Always Artichoke, Wild Wasabi and Pear Pizzazz paired with some Basic Black. One of my staples - Black card stock accents.

The top layer using Always Artichoke I decided to emboss with Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I went for a tone on tone with the embossing on the same colour of the house scene die cut by the edgelits. Since the one part was embossed it still adds some separation between the two layers. As a final detail I adhered a Snowflake Element wooden accent to the card with a Home for Christmas Enamel Dot in the center. The sentiment Merry Everything is part of the bundle with Jingle All the Way + Sleigh Ride Edgelits Dies. A great combo price of only $36.50 Canadian. Not bad to get all your holiday cards with this fabulous bundle. I hope you like my card, have a great day :)

Thanks for stopping by, happy stamping!
Beckie
