What a fabulous work of art you are CANADA!

Today is Canada's 147th Birthday - I think she looks pretty good for her age! We just came back from seeing fireworks - always a great show, and it's free too... which is even better! I haven't had much time to create, well much of anything as I've been working soooooo much! Summertime is always so busy - lots of people on vacation. I've gotta start learning the word 'NO' and take a day off! I'll be working on it, promise ;)

In honour of Canada Day, I decided to make a card! I used the 'Work of Art' set to make my maple leaf image and the 'Little Letters' to make my 'CANADA!'. I think the sentiment from this set go perfectly as Canada really is a work of art! Check it out below...

Did you know that today is the first day that everyone can order Blendabilities markers, in certain colours only. As a demonstrator I will be able to order the remaining colours and hopefully in August, they will all be available for everyone. I've said it before that I was skeptical about the markers, as I've tried Copics and other markers and not had much luck. But I love the fact that Stampin' Up! has made the guess work of matching colours so easy. They have a pack of 3 markers, a light, medium and dark - they are so easy to use and blend perfectly. I will definitely be ordering some of the new colours this week!
