Cucumber Tiled Sheltering Tree

Hi again, happy Saturday! I pulled out my Sheltering Tree stamp set a couple of weeks ago [seriously one of my all-time favourite stamp sets]. I already shared one of the cards that I made, a little while back.

This card actually came to me in a dream - does that ever happen to any of you?! Thus the importance of a notebook beside my bed. I love my paper punches and love making tiled cards. I stamped several trees and punched them out with the 1" Square Punch. I matted them all onto a piece of Basic Black, leaving a slight space between each square for the black to peek through. Gotta love Basic Black card stock - I think I use it on almost every card I make :)

I chose to use the plaid paper is from the Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Stack to tie in the Cucumber Crush ink on the trees. Such a bright green, I just love it. I decided to add some banners to the bottom of the tiled panel, with some Whisper White Baker's Twine wrapped around and tied with a bow. I love this look, and I hope you do too! Enjoy the sunshine - it's going to be a hot one today!! (don't forget your sunscreen)
