Paper Crafted Gifts!

Hello, srry it's been so long since I shared a craft project with you, I've been so busy with work and prepping for craft sales and our Christmas Bazaar at work! So, I'm going to share 2 projects that I have made.

The first features my ALL-TIME favourite product, can you guess what it is, it's a big secret you know?

Hmmmm...

I find myself constantly using this fabulous product... The HEXAGON punch!! I can't say enough good things about it. Well here's what I came up with...

I made this cute mirror with a 1.99 Ikea mirror! I used some retired papers and punched  A LOT of hexagons, I used a lot of glue and modge podge to make this beauty. I also used the 'fun flowers bigz die' to add the flowers. It was a great opportunity to use up some of my dsp that I had in stock! I hope you like it :)

My second share is something I saw last year on Kirsteen Gill's website - these adorable Elf Candy Pants! Super cute, and easy to make a bunch of these. I made them to add to gifts last year, and they were such a huge hit... I decided to make some more.

You will need the top note die to create the pants and shoes. This is another one of my go to products for many things, such a great and useful product! For the pants you cut ONE piece and score in the middle and make a slit for the pants/shorts. I used the Uni-ball Signo Gel Pen to add some stitching around the pants. For the buttons I used the 3/4" circle punch and the 1" circle punch. I added some 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain ribbon for his suspenders. I added the decorations to his shoes with the Boho Blossoms punch.

The legs are made from the 1/8" Cello Bags for 50 bags and fill with the candy of your choice. Smarties and M&M's also work great. I liked the colours of these sour jelly beans so that's why I used them. I also used Silver Glimmer paper for a little sparkle!

I hope you like my framed mirror and these adorable elf pants and try them for yourself!
Happy Stamping, Happy Creating :)
