Butterfly Basics Notecard

I was playing around with the Butterfly Basics stamp set, I decided to make a bunch of 3 X 3" note cards. It was super easy to make a bunch of these little cards. I started by die-cutting a bunch of the medium sized butterflies in Crisp Cantaloupe colour cardstock. Then I stamped the smallest sized butterfly using Smoky Slate Classic Ink and die-cut them out.

I stamped the background piece with the hexagon stamp in Pistachio Pudding Classic Ink. I stamped off before doing so though. I then added some of the flourishes in Pistachio Pudding and the sentiment and stamped circle in Crisp Cantaloupe. Then the flower in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. The first layer is Smoky Slate, I distressed the edges with the Distressing Tool. It's very quick and easy to make these cute little cards, a great way to finish a gift off instead of a tag.
