Happy EASTER Bunny

Tomorrow is the LAST day to earn exclusive Sale-a-bration items. Time has just flown by, I can't believe it's almost April! Tomorrow, I have A LOT of cards to share - over 20!! All featuring Sale-a-bration products, mainly the For Being You. I've got to say, that I just love the extra large block letters in this set, great for many different techniques. I hope you'll visit me tomorrow to see what I created! Onto my share for today...

Since Easter is quickly approaching I thought I'd better share this card sooner, rather than later. I made this cute card at a recent gathering that my upline had at her stampin' pad! She had this adorable Easter Bunny stamp, called Happy Easter Bunny. new from the Occasions Catalogue. I don't own the stamp, so I just had to play. I stamped the bunny 3 times. I decided to cut the entire bunny out and pop him up on dimensionals for some added dimension.

It still needed something, so I cut out the belly and popped it up on dimensionals, I did the same for the bunnies bow. I did colour him in with Blendabilities Markers, which are unfortunately no longer available. Stampin' Write Markers, a Blender Pen or Aqua painter would also work great.

That bunny sure can shake a bootie, can't he?! I wonder what music is playing?

The stamp fits perfectly with the Ovals Collection Framelits Dies,  I cut a Smoky Slate layer but decided to offset the stamped oval. I layered it onto a embossed background of Bermuda Bay - I used the Perfect Polka dots textured impressions embossing folder. To finish, I added some Baker's Twine and a Silver Metal Button.

I hope you like it! Have a great day :)
